Breakout EA with Simple Preset Parameters

I’m looking for a skilled programmer to build a simple breakout EA for me with the specifications I’ve outlined below. If your work is good there will be future freelance jobs that I need programming as well. Message me for the exact details.

Specifications

1. This EA will set 1 buy limit and 1 sell limit order at set prices above the high/low of the previous hourly candle at a set time. The start time should be adjustable in the EA settings.

2. Once ONE of the buy limit or sell limit orders have been triggered, the EA will automatically cancel the other limit order. A TP and SL will then automatically be set according to the starting hourly candle’s high and low.

3. If three hourly candles pass without triggering a limit order, both limit orders should be canceled. This should be adjustable in the EA settings.

4. After the limit order has been triggered and TP and SL levels have been set, a trailing stop-loss will be applied to the trade. Trailing stop loss should be adjustable in the EA settings.

5. The EA should preform a PARTIAL close of the trade once the TP is hit and let the rest of the trade close out according to the trailing stop-loss parameters. This should be adjustable in the EA settings.

6. If the trade is still open 12 hours after the start candle, the trade will automatically close at the current price. This should be adjustable in the EA settings.

7. This EA should work on all major currency pairs.

8. Add line of text to display at the bottom of the chart.

9. Add a autolot function into the EA.

10. Optional: Add licensing feature locked to an account number and expiry time. This is optional and not vital. Do this only if you know how.
