Add an Oscillator to my EMA cross alert Indicator

Looking for some work to be done on an EMA cross that I am using, I ha previously arranged for this work to be done by someone else who no longer has the time to learn MQL for my project.

So I have an EMA cross indicator that you can adjust the properties from Indicators drop down on MT4, I am looking to modify it and include an Oscillator (like the Reversal Hunter" - https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/1832 ) in order to weed out false signals.

What I like about the Reversal Hunter is that I can set levels and adjust properties such as the periods and how it reads the previous candles Example: Exponentially. With that said, CCI and RSI could work to. I am open to RSI being used, but if you think you already have something better?

The goal:

Is to have an indicator that will detect an EMA cross, then cross reference that with a position on an oscillator and then send an alert.

Example:
EMA Speed 2
EMA Speed 30

Oscillator Properties XX
Oscillator Properties XX
Oscillator level 0 - 100

If MA 2 crosses MA 30 and Oscillator level is below 50, alert for a Call
If MA 2 crosses MA 30 and Oscillator level is above 50, no alert

If MA 30 Crosses MA 2 and Oscillator level is below 50, no alert
If MA 30 Crosses MA 2 and Oscillator level is Above 50, Alert for a Put

The properties of the Indicator should be changeable in MT4, so the strategy can be adjusted on the fly for different markets etc.

As I stated I have an Alert on EMA cross Indicator set up, so it would be a case of adding an oscillator, modifying the interface for MT4 and the detection code to the existing Indy.
