Consolidation counter

I would like to build an indicator that is looking for a consolidation.

Example with 15 min TF

When the indicator is on 15 min chart, I would like to be able to set up in variables,

the number of consecutive candles that are in a tunnel that is smaller than 200 points from the Highest High to the Lowest Low.

When the indicator is set up for 7, the Box (option to choose the color in variables) should MARK all 7 candles at once and if the next candles are also in the tunnel, the box should be extended, UNTIL it is broken.

When the tunnel is broken then the indicator should STOP extending the color box.

Keep the history of the tunnels on the chart for the last 100 boxes. (option to change the amount to 1000 or less.

The TUNNEL should be marked when the 7^th candle will close the price.

There is NO NEED to deal with the ticks, I do not want that this indicator will slow down the MT4 platform.

Time Zone .

I would like to set up the time zones for the indicator to look for the consolidation.

BROKERS TIME, NOT MY LOCAL TIME.

Example.

Time Zone 1 Starts 01:00

Time Zone 1 Ends  05:00

Time Zone 2 Starts 08:00

Time Zone 2 Ends  12:00

Time Zone 3 Starts 14:00

Time Zone 3 Starts 22:00

When the indicator marks the tunnel after 7 candles, it should place the exact height in points in the left Top corner (invariables font size and color of the numbers) and distance from the box 5 points also option to change.

If the setting is 200 points but the tunnel is 155 points high  , the number of the height should also change after the last candle will close the price.

If next CLOSED candle will change the tunnel to 185, the number should change also in the corner.

Alert on 7^th candle in the tunnel, option to change the number to >

Only one alert , NOT every candle after 7^th one.  

Alerts, push notification etc.   True/False
