API EA Connecting Excel to MT5

I need an API that takes signals from an Excel Spreadsheets and executes them in MT5, the API need to take signals and execute market orders to: 1) Buy 2)Sell 0) Hold on MT5 and constantly watch and modify PT and SL levels on MT5. The PT and SL are also generated and updated by the Excel and need to be constantly updated on MT5 based on the attachment Excel Template that is automatically update all the time. Each Symbol will be on a separate Excel Spreadsheet(See excel Template)

Main details required from the API:

1)The API need to support up to 8 symbols traded independently with any number from 0 to 8 being deployed at anytime, each API need to monitor its own Symbol TP and SL levels and execute trades once signal is given as per above

2) The API will have a maximum of 1 trade live per symbol at anytime. On Activation/Deployment of the API on a given Symbol it needs to be able to verify if a trade is already live, in case yes: start taking and updating the PT and SL levels from Excel, in case no:start watching for signals from the Excel

3) In case of a Profit Take the system should be ready to carry a new trade on that Symbol once a new signal arrives

4) In case of a Stop Loss on a given Symbol that API will need to wait for the system Signal to go back to Zero(Hold) before looking for a new signal (see SL Template), to avoid it triggering new trades and immediately getting stopped out

Upon completion and successful installation/implementation of the final code on PC, the same code source needs to be available to me at no extra cost and with no expiry date
