I need an Expert Advisor that trades the outcome of the News (reading data from Forex Factory or Investors.com) to process it in milliseconds.

- It must be able to process the Actual data (news) into an EA in milliseconds to trigger a trade (buy or sell) based on the Actual data being greater or lower than the Forecast or Previous.

- It must be able to set stop loss and take profit based on the number of points the price has moved.
