I need a Bolinger Band expert advisor

This EA should be a fully automated script for live & strategy tester.

Entry 1: if market price hits the upper or lower line of the bolinger band, then set a pending order 3 pips above the upper or 3 pips below the lower line of the bolinger band. 

Stoploss: 10 pips (by default). 

Take Profit: 10 pips (by default)..

Standard lot position size: 0.01 lot (by default). 

Timeframe: M1 (1 minute).

Comment: each position order contains the comment BBEA

Other parameters:

Set Bolinger Band Period as an input parameter.

Set Bolinger Deviation as an input parameter. 

Set HourBegin as an input parameter. Set HourEnd as an input parameter. // important: hour starts and ends on the same day. When backtesting I can skip the daily London tradezone, for example.

Set GMT time: [fill in +1, +2 etc) as an input parameter. 

Set Allow buy: on(default)/off. Allow sell: on (default)/off as an input parameter. 

Personal information:

EA should be used on my Live account (broker: Alpari/ECN1 pro account/ using 5-digit points/standard lot/Leverage: 1:500)

Currency pair: EUR/USD 

Magic number should be different from other EA's, like 63462404

FAQ:

1. Can there be multiple open positions at once? Answer: No, this EA can only run 1 pending position (and thus 1 open position) at a time and only when either SL or TP is hit, will the next pending order be set when certain conditions are met.
