MQL5 Developer Needed to Build Custom Comment Dashboard with Modern UI and Grouping Support

Project Scope
We are seeking an experienced MQL5 developer to design and implement a custom comments dashboard for MetaTrader 5 that addresses the limitations of the existing canvas-based approach.

🔧 Current Pain Points

• Current CComment canvas-based comment panels allow chart price action, lines, and indicators to leak through.
• No grouping or interactive collapsing/expanding of sections.
• UI is outdated – lacks rounded corners and modern styling.

💡 What We Want Built

🎯 Functional Requirements

• New comment dashboard overlay that fully covers the background (no chart content bleeding through).
• Supports background colour, border colour, text colour fully configurable by the user.
• Comments can be added using same syntax style as existing class:

int row = 0;

comment.SetText(row++, "■ Hello World", clrAqua);

• Dashboard must support groupings of rows:
• Groups can be collapsed or expanded with a toggle icon or text.
• Must visually distinguish between group headers and rows.
• Must be able to set which groups are open by default or closed by default
• Must have control to open or close groups.

🎨 UI/UX Requirements

• Modern, clean visual style with:
• Rounded corners
• Smooth borders and padding
• Clean font and spacing
• Group expand/collapse should be intuitive.
• Should behave like a fixed panel – always on top of chart elements, does not interfere with chart interactivity.

⚙️ Technical Requirements

• Must be written in MQL5
• Must be fully functional in MetaTrader 5
• Developer must provide:
• All source code (.mqh/.mq5 files)
• Reusable class file (like Class_ModernComment.mqh)
• Minimal example EA that uses the class
