Custom Panel with User Agreement Logic

Task: Create MQL5 Panel Window “Msg_Box_Window” (Expert Advisor)

Objective:
Develop an MQL5 Expert Advisor that displays a message panel (“Msg_Box_Window”) with specific interactive behavior and customization options.

Required Features:

1. Checkbox Activation:

   • The “OK” button must be disabled until the checkbox is checked.

   • Clicking on the label text next to the checkbox should also toggle its state.

2. Button Actions:

   • OK Button: On click, close the panel and store a value in a Global Variable indicating the agreement was accepted (so it doesn’t appear again).

   • Cancel Button: On click, remove the Expert Advisor from the chart.

3. Window Behavior:

   • The panel must not be closable or minimized using default controls (no “X” or “_”).

   • It must remain visible even on a very small chart height.

4. Message Text:

   • Displayed in a read-only multiline textbox, which allows text selection for copying.

5. Customization:

   • Add parameters to change font name, color, and size for all panel text elements via code.

6. Deliverables:

   • Fully functional .mq5 source code.

   • Must compile without errors or warnings.

   • Code must be clean, documented, and production-ready.
