NINJATRADER INDICATOR NEEDED

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a custom indicator for NinjaTrader based on the Percentage Hughes Breadth-Momentum Oscillator formula. The formula is as follows: Percentage Hughes Breadth-Momentum Oscillator = (H

• H represents today’s 1-day ratio of net advances to total issues traded.
• 
  A represents the number of advancing issues.
• 
  D represents the number of declining issues.
• 
  U represents the number of unchanged issues.
• 
  A+D+U represents the total number of issues traded each day. 
• 
  
• The indicator should calculate H and     A − D A + D + U , multiply them by 100, add 100 to both results, and then combine them to get the final oscillator value.
