MQL5 Coder Needed for Modification of Trading Bot to Read Sentiment Score

Project Overview:

We are in search of an expert MQL5 coder to modify our existing trading bot. Our bot is currently designed to read from two indicators, which are weighted. We aim to transition this mechanism, so the bot reads from a sentiment score provided in a .txt file.

Responsibilities:

1. Code Modification: Amend the bot's code to stop reading the two current indicators and instead read the sentiment score from a designated .txt file.

2. Error Handling: Implement robust error-handling mechanisms to ensure that the bot can gracefully handle scenarios where the .txt file might be missing, corrupted, or contain invalid data.

3. Testing: Rigorously test the modified bot to confirm its correct functioning, specifically its ability to read the sentiment score and execute trades accordingly.

4. Documentation: Update existing documentation or provide new documentation explaining the changes made, how the sentiment score is read, and how it influences trading decisions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive knowledge of the MQL5 language.
• Previous experience in modifying and testing trading bots.
• Strong understanding of reading and processing external files in MQL5.
