I would like to convert the data from 'AUS200 ask' (attached) into the same format as 'AUDUSD_example format' (attached), so that I can upload it into MT4 and use it for backtesting.

The data should be error free when uploaded - please test. 

If this conversion is successful, I have 5-6 more sets of data to do after this one.
