License Manager, Controlling EA & User Login

Okay I'll try again and define clear requirements:

License Management:

I can manage behavior of the EA: short/long only, which symbols to trade

Preferably, if there is no reason not to: use the License Manager Plugin from Wordpress, so later on I can extend the site towards selling License and delivering license automatically via site

User Dashboard

Users can log in, see_

- Current profit/loss

- amount of trades

- Open volume

I can add custom data to their Dashboards

Other Stuff:

- I will be able to adjust my EA, so it will work as expected with the appropriate data received from website (parameters). So it just needs to send requests and receive the right responses for those functionalities.

- Security is a big requirement.. I'm open to any advice or recommendation about this matter. I want to know what I can do in case the site gets hacked.

- I would like to be able to choose a wordpress theme myself

- I would set up wordpress on a hosting myself, if possible
