Spécifications

I need a little panel to work with an expert advisor (still developing).

Panel default dimentions: (220 px width * 220 height).

It has 2 text fields:

The first field displays the alerts of the EA. It should display the last alerts.

The second field loads other custom messages or alerts. 

It also has buttons for manual operations, as attached image. 

If possible, width and height might be changed by input parameters, and the text fields should zoom accordingly. 

Panel should be placed anywhere on the screen, and if possible it should remeber its position after platform close, so to load in the same position at platform start.
