Merge Two EAs

Hi 
I had 2 EAs and want to make some change to it

1. merge both EAs in one EA 
2. add specific date so the EA work for only orders before this date 
3. partial close for orders (right now EA close orders)
4. add black list and white list
5. add magic number too
