Create a class for integration of the robots with the PAYPAL REST API to verify the monthly payments of users.

The objective of this work is to make a CLASS for the integration of robots with PAYPAL, through API REST and WEBREQUEST, so that the robot can verify if the user has paid the fees generated on the robot's monthly profit.

The integration should allow the robot to check if the payment was made at any time, even if the MT5, the computer is replaced or the entire system is restarted.

It is necessary for the information to travel encrypted, perhaps in SHA256.
