Currency strength indicator
I want an experienced programmer to help me code a currency strength indicator. I have provided the logic behind each behavior of the currencies in the attachment . Like i already stated in the task below, there are 2 tables which must be merged into one. I had the 2 tables to help you understand what i want you to do.

Bullish Condition
1. I want currency indicator based on the tables below
2. The reading is the row currency against the column currency.
3. E.g If (USD) row is paired against (CAD) column, = (USD/CAD), and the price is bullish, then (USD) row under (CAD) column will be a green color.
4. E.g If (USD) row is paired against (EUR) column, = (USD/EUR), and the price is bullish, then (USD) row under (EUR) column will be red color.
5. E.g If (EUR) row is paired against (USD) column, = (EUR/USD), and the price is bullish, then (EUR) row under (USD) column will be red color.
Bearish
1. I want currency indicator based on the tables attachment
2. The reading is the row currency against the column currency.
3. E.g If (JPY) row is paired against (USD) column, = (JPY/USD), and the price is bearish, then (JPY) row under (USD) column will be a green color.
4. E.g If (AUD) row is paired against (GBP) column, = (AUD/GBP), and the price is bearish, then (AUD) row under (USD) column will be a green color.
5. E.g If (EUR) row is paired against (AUD) column, = (EUR/AUD), and the price is bearish, then EUR (row) under (AUD) column will be red color.
Please merge both tables into 1.
