Metatrader trade copier

I am starting a forex signal provider business and will have 2 services.

First service will be to deliver signals to clients and clients will be responsible to place the trades in their trading account manually.

Second service, I will trade my own account from where the signals in first service above will be generated.

However, in the Second service, the trades I place in my MT4 trading account should be replicated to my clients' MT4 trading accounts automatically. The criterias of the Trade Copier should be as follows: Clients should be able to plugin to their MT4 platform using my partnered broker or any other broker. Trades, including stop loss, take profit and any amendments to the original entry should be replicated on clients' accounts. Manual close on my account should be replicated as well. Client should be able to manage Lot size, be able to enter a % drawdown limit, pause the trade copy service, I should be able to enable or disable trade copier of a specific client if the client stops paying his subscription, and reactivate the service when the client pays again.
