EA from unknown indicator and template

I would like an EA created from an indicator I trade with manually. 

-EA should open on order at candle close in the direction of closed candle color (gray for long and gold for short).

-Lot size based on specifiable % of account balance and I would like the option to be able to set SL and TP either based on factor of specifiable time frame and period ATR (ie 2x 4HR ATR, 3x daily ATR even if chart is different time frame) OR specified PIP count.

-I would also like an option for both auto break even by pip and option to use trailing stop. 

-Position to be added in same direction of prior position only if prior position(s) is in profit (ie no new position even if candle close is same as prior candle color if any prior positions in drawdown)

-All prior positions closed if next candle close opposite color AND new position opened in direction of reversed candle color.

-This EA should run indefinitely with no limits on opening positions if conditions met. 

-Attached are indicator and template, indicator runs on line chart.
