Unable to Log In to MT5 Web Terminal and Desktop – Request for Assistance

Hello Support Team, I’m unable to log in to the MetaQuotes-Demo server using both the desktop MetaTrader 5 terminal and the web terminal. I also received this message from the MT5 desktop log: failed to open an account, check internet connection or contact broker support service - Disk error [5]
