Can't login on MT4 but can on MT5

Whether on the MQL5 website or any brokers charts, I can login to MT5 but NOT MT4. Using the same login credentials with a recent password change. It wouldn't do it before the password change, hence the password change. On the broker, instead of another tab with the MT4 info it says connection
