MQL5 Cloud Network Shows $0 Balance Despite $20 Account Balance + Phone Verification SMS Not Received

Hello, I deposited $20 into my MQL5.com account and the website correctly shows an available balance of $20.00. However, in MetaTrader 5 → Strategy Tester → Agents → MQL5 Cloud Network , the balance still shows $0.00. I have confirmed that MetaTrader 5 is logged into the same MQL5.community account
