Purchased the EA on the site and it is not trading, how can I get refund???

Hi All, I bought an EA on site and it is not trading, I believe it is scam, anyone know how can I get refund? author agreed that something wrong with the code but does not refund, advise me what to do, thank you

Purchased indicator from mql5.com after purchase does not attach to chart need to contact support to get refund

Hello, I have purchased an indicator "SL Session Strenght 28 pair" from the site and after purchase does not attach to the chart. I contacted the author and he did whatever he could to fix it but unsuccessful, he asked me to contact service desk to get refund, anyone know how?? Thank you
