Signal wrong statistics ... anyone can help?

My signal is 100% algo trading but it is not showing correctly on my signal page. It is showing as 0%. Why is this so

When following MQL5 signal, should I open an account under the same server as the signal provider? Based on the attached picture , it looks weird that the server XMGlobal-MT5 2 (same as signal provider server) has a much higher slippage of 5.46
