Downloaded this software and can not get it off my computer even after a factory reset devs help

I sadly use an iOS system for trading and am in need of a dev to help detach MGL5 from my computer even after a factory reset. Context-I googled MT5 ahead of receiving a link from my prop firm like a newb. FXIFX uses MT5 as its trading platform only with FXpig and not MGL5. Now when I install or
