VPS Ping
Hi, Please bear with me as I am not an expert on VPS but looking in my VPS Journal to make sure it is working it looks like it only pings once an hour for the signal, is that correct as it seems a long time if you just miss a signal ? Thanks
My VPS does not seem to be working with PC off do. Its synchronised but is not picking up trades when computer off Any help

I have tried for 2 days to load a signal to my broker platform. I have just found out that the signal can only be used on a real account so I cannot test it without using real money. Can someone explain why

I have deposited money to pay for a signal and I have the signal showing in the broker account with the green subscribe button but the balance is not showing in the broker platform. It is showing in MQL5 ? Any help

HI , new here I am trying to download a signal to my brokers platform from MQL5 signals.It is a demo account which the broker says will accept imported signals etc.but nothing happens. It keeps wanting me to download to metatrader platform but not my broker one. So it is not purchased yet ...just as
