EA Activator Communication Issue – WebRequest returns -1, GetLastError: 4029

Hello everyone, I'm experiencing an issue with the activator in my EA. The EA is supposed to validate a license key by contacting a verification page using the WebRequest function. Although the EA appears to connect to the page, I never receive any response. In the Experts log, I see the following

Hello, I have a problem. I purchased 3 EAs from the market. They work normally, but about once a week I get an error message in MT5 saying 'invalid license' and the EA gets deleted, so I have to manually delete all pending trades and set up the EA again. I would appreciate any advice on how to fix
