Metatrader 5 candle not starting accurately on the minute?

I have noticed that there is a 7- 15 second delay on the start of a new candle on MT5. I have spoken with some other trades and they are experiencing the same issue. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks

Metatrader 5 Won't open on laptop windows 10 pc

Hi. Can someone help please. I can't open MT5 on my laptop windows 10 pc. When I click on the icon, nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling the program. That worked for awhile. But not anymore. MT5 won't open at all now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
