The purchase amount has been frozen after the transaction, and I am unable to use the product.

Hi, I purchased the EA from the MQL5 website, but when I tried to install it on the MT5 platform, the journal showed "failed to download product [403]." It also indicated a balance: 399 (frozen: 399). If anyone knows what to do, please help! Thanks
