An error puzzle
A friendly HELLO to all you good people! Trying to compile the attached file Acdat01.mq4 gives this error: '\end_of_program' unbalanced left parenthesis Clicking on the error doesn't take me to the place in the code where the parenthesis is missing ... it does show (143,1) but I can't see any
Tick Charts don't fill the windows
The Tick Charts in the order window and in the Market Watch window are not filling the little windows and the line from the price tag to the last tick is far too long. How can this be adjusted? Thanks for any suggestions
Making the EA display the MA as it implements the strategy ....
When I use this MA EA to trade, it doesn't actually draw the MA so one can see visually what is going on. What would be an easy way to add some code which would take care of drawing the MA
How can I check that an EA is working correctly?
I have added EA's to various active charts but so far have not seen any trades generated ... I can only see the smily face in the top right corner. What should I be looking for to check that the EA is actually working and able to trade? I have also tried to use the Strategy Test Function for a few
