the brave sheep of the herd will start moving in slowly, pushing the price higher, leading more sheep to come
see, the waters safe! come on in!
fomo kicks in and they all try to rush in at once, outbidding each other to get their greedy little paws on some bitcoin, causing prices to go parabolic just in time for them all to get slaughtered
this happens every cycle
