Trying to back test my EA in MT5 but getting errors

I installed new MT5 i don't know how to download its history. It gives these error when I try to test my EA. Kindly help

there is a problem for developer to accept my posted job properly

I deposited money through my bank card & it was showing money in my account balance . Then I posted a job for my developer (he gave me link to post job specifically for him). He accepted it but now facing to accept it properly and saying " Can you please check if you have put your money in it

I posted a job but it has been removed why

I posted a job today on 8/19/20 but it has been removed why. I can't see it. Where to go to see my posted job. there were 7 developers i was talking to plz let me know any one
