Signal. Deposit amount and leverage influence logic to deal amount

Hi guys. I have subscribed to a signal. Due to to journal, MT sets 25% of signal provider's trade volume . I understand why MT reduces deal volume if my deposit is less than signal provider's. But why volume is being reduced if I have leverage 1:100, but signal provider has 1:200? It doesn't make

MT4 under WinServer 2019. Can’t login to MQL5

Installed MT4 under Windows Server 2019, API returns 401 error when I try to login to MQL5 community. Looks like a bug
