I have been trying out different strategies from internet, however, I can't seem to get out of losing cycle. I am already overwhelmed because I lost my money in forex. It was my fault that I lost money. I have tried my best to educate myself

I have been trading manually and so far lost close to £1000. I am having trouble sticking to the strategy due to fear and greed. I am thinking to try out EAs and see if that works for me. What do you think? What do you look for in an EA
