while using a Live Broker account, i can't get charts

Hello, As the title suggests, when I am using a live account that is funded through forex.com, I cannot access a new chart. What am I misunderstanding or might be doing incorrectly? Note, that the MetaQuotes- Demo account starts and I can do all that I should be able to do. So my internet is
