Activation Mismatch - MT5 Showing All Used While MQL5 Says 11 remaining

Hello MQL5 Support, I purchased the Expert Advisor “ <name of the product was deleted by moderator> ” and my MQL5 account dashboard shows I have 11 out of 12 activations remaining. However, when I try to install the EA on my MetaTrader 5 platform, it says all activations are used up. I am logged
