MT5 Lot Size greater then 100

How can I place a trade for a lot size of greater than 100. It seems that by default I am only able to enter a max of 100 into the trade button

Plot to the right of the current candle

Is it possible to plot a line from the indicator in the space to the right of the current candle? If so, how? Thanks

Remove Price line but not price

Is it possible to remove the price line on the chart and keep the price on the right side of the chart? Similar to the chart I attached

Change Chart Time axis settings

How do I change the chart time axis display settings? For example on my lower timeframe charts such as 5 min or 15 min I would like there to be no date and only time values corresponding to the timeframe. If its an 8 hour chart then dates are fine. Thank you
