VPS Latency

I bought mini VPS ...it worked perfectly fine for some days and gave me 1.3ms latency rather 0.38ms but it worked well for me ...but from 2-3 days latency dropped and yesterday it was 3.8 and today it is 4.9ms...and in journal i saw an order took 18.1ms to take place...this is causing my EA to miss
