Not able to find Broker on MT4 Terminal

I have Broker Server IG-LIVE, I am not able to find in MT4 Terminal from other Broker. How do I fix it. On MT4 Terminal of NON IG.com Broker Terminal I tried below Accounts --> Open Account -> Add New Broker Like --> IG-LIVE and it does not find this broker. I tried above on two different non IG

Install MetaTrader 4 not MT5

Hi, I am trying to install Metatrader4 not the MT5 but it is keep installing Meta Trader 5 version. Can anyone please tell me what could be the reason ? I downloaded Meta Trader 4 from below location, file name mt4setup.exe https://www.metatrader4.com/en/download
