Help needed: Can't update/install a purchased EA

I purchased an EA a few days ago and it worked fine. I clicked the "update" button for an updated version today but nothing happened. When I deleted the EA and tried to install again. The "install" button didn't work either. The Journal tab shows "failed download product 'EA name' [403]". I
