New to signals and EA

Hi, I tried to ask my brokers to enable signals, but they just stopped to answer saying that they don't understand what I want, I don't know if I am making a mistake, maybe in the setting of the platform . can anyone help me

asked my broker to enable signals on MT4 and they stopped to talk with me

I asked brokers if they allows using signals, and after a positive answer and a subscription I can't see signals on MT4, Then they just quit answering me, do I maybe have setting troubles with my platform? I don't really know how to do. thanks for any answer

can't signal sign on the terminal, anyone can help?

Hello, I can't see the signal sign on metatrader4, I did registration to MQL5 and activated on tools, but it just doesn't appear, any help is greatly appreciated thanks
