Signal not opening and closing trades

Hi, I have two different accounts on my brokers. Each of them is subscribed to a signal (two different signals). My terminal is always opened 7/24. The problem is that when I am connected on one of my accounts, my other account does not open/close trades from its own signal. For example: Account A

Cannot subscribe to a signal

Hi, I am trying to subscribe to a signal on a broker that does accept signals. I have tried twice, paid with my credit card, but then it gets stuck on this message for hours. Can you please advise

Diplicate positions

Hi, I copy a signal and have duplicate positions. I found other topics saying that auto trading should not be enabled on the VPS and local terminal. I disabled it on my local terminal a few days ago but it still copies duplicates. Can you please advise? Thank you

Hi, How to close trades from my signal without having them to reopen? Thanks

Smaller lot size than my signal provider

Hi, My signal copies smaller lot sizes than my provider. It is quite random. It can copy half of it of 80% of it. My a copy load is 95% and I have a higher balance and equity than my provider. Can you please advise? Thank you
