Generating Magic Number for Cross Close EA

Looking for someone to edit this existing MA Cross EA that automatically closes positions when price touches the pre-determined MA. Currently it will only close positions accurately when they are generated by an existing EA rather than when manually placed so I need someone to add a Magic Number

Adding Notifications to existing MT4 indicators

Please could someone be so kind as to attach notifications to these two existing MT4 indicators for. For the IINWMARROWS indicator could a notification option be added for when a new arrow is printed and for the Solar Wind indicator could the notification option be added for one it changes from red
