Help with hide file

Hello I was trying to install a bot but unfortunately, when i was trying to intall in a mac iwas trying but I couldnt, after hours of trying with this problem i clicked on properties of a file and i mark hide but now that i realize how to do it, i need to paste a document in this folder that i hide
