Having an installment issue

I bought an Indicator about 2 days ago. I installed it as directed and It worked for about 1 day. I used it as normal and when I was done I close down my laptop. The next morning I open my laptop and see a message that says my computer was restarted dues to malfunction. That is fine but what

I purchased an indicator but I am having difficulty adding it to my MT4

Last night I purchased an indicator, when I click the link that it provides after purchasing a screen comes up that says the Mac cannot find a website that starts with mlq5. and as such I haven't been able to use download it. any suggestions
