Having an installment issue

I bought an Indicator about 2 days ago. I installed it as directed and It worked for about 1 day.  I used it as normal and when I was done I close down my laptop. The next morning I open my laptop and see a message that says my computer was restarted dues to malfunction. That is fine but what happens now is that the pairs that I had placed The indicator on to analyze trades still has the indicator, but it is no longer in my MT4 and I cannot use it on any other pairs. Essential the two pairs that I initially used it with still have it on there. But now other than those its like I never bought the Indicator, When I look in my market, it is asking me to repurchase the indicators as though I never did so. Any solutions?
