How to trade S&P with Metatrader

Can't get my strategy to ever start backtesting says history downloading started

I recently started working with MQL5 and I'm trying to run a test EA. My platform just sits there with the picture below. It says history downloading started forever. I tried changing the backtest to only 3 months thinking that it could just be downloading massive amounts of data. But even that did

S&P Data

I'm trying to input S&P data into my charts for intermarket strategies. I'm sure this question has been asked before but unfortunately the search term s&p is too small and I can't search for it. Can someone guide me on how I can get S&P index data into the MT4 platform? Thanks in advance
