Expert Advisor sometimes not setting SL and TP in live account

I have an expert advisor which in demo accounts 'always' sets SL and TP... but when in live, sometime it doesn't set the SL and TP. Should this be a problem with the EA or with the broker

Long & Short positions in MT5

In MT4 I am able to select whether I want to have an Expert Advisor open Long, Short or both only positions. In MT5 I dont get this option with EAs. Is there a way to achieve the same in MT5

VPS capacity

I am trying to load 50 Expert Advisor on a VPS ... however, only 32 are loading. Is this a limitation in MQL5 VPS's? Is there a way to increase the VPS capacity? do I have any other options, thank you
