How to follow a signal when Indice names are slightly different (.DE30Cash V. Ger30m V Dax30)

I believe all three of those are the same indice, but with the name discrepency, following a signal trading one of these is almost impossible as my signal follow does not translate it as the same thing. For example my broker uses .DE30Cash but signal uses Ger30m, how do I get it to make the

If you cant withdraw profits, how do you set up another broker account and make two opposite orders to transfer profit to other account through a trade?

If a broker does not allow you to withdraw your profits, is it possible to set up another broker account and make a trade that essentially takes profit from first account to second? I read that someone put "When you gain profits on an account you can open two opposite orders(same volume) manually
