Help with an EA

I put together an EA that seems to work quite well, when it works right. There is a glitch that I can't figure out. I use moving averages as a filter and sometimes it places a trade when it shouldn't according the the MAs. I think the problem is with the process the platform goes through when

Martingale EAs?

I know this may be a swear word, but does anybody know where I can find some martingale EAs

How to enter external variables?

Is it possible to have a box pop up when the EA loads that will ask for a value? For example, if I want to customize an EA I have that will allow me to enter the percentage profit I want before it closes all trades, is there a way to do that without changing the code everytime? Thanks
