Need Help.. Account got 'financial operations are limited' because i paid the EA for my wife on her acc

So me and my wife have separate mql5 account but we do share activation because i always help her to attach & set up her terminal in my VPS. i have her to create her own account as she do also want to check EA page and do backtest and she do also chat with developer about product.. i dont like my
